On 65 (I think).
Am trying to keep steady, but its proving hard with lots of you already hitting the 100
Skidded off my bike last week so took a few days rest to let the wounds heal, but back on track this week.

ouch, hope you're not too scraped and bruised. Think I'm up to 60 or so, on track though which is good. Slow and steady!

Well done to everyone....there's some great milage done this month already. I've been lazy and not run since last friday...no excuses, just plain lazy! club run tonight and a lunchtime session tomorrow should tip me over the 100 barrier. Just as well there was a big push at the start of the month or i would be struggling!!
