The 100 club always make an allowance for the first time an events been run.(I know it's been done before, but it is a new route) Again though, not the first time a Essex LDWA event has been short. They did shorten the Essex Walker acouple of years ago to discourage runners, sort of backfired on them though when they made a huge loss on the day. I think they realised how much income the runners bring into their coffers.
