Hi ,

Never ran 10 mile before. Don't even know if I will last!!!

Unofficial time - I'll update when I have the official time. That was hard. Had no idea it was so hilly. Went off a bit quick as a result and paid for it in the middle. Daren't look at my splits. Happy enough with the time given the heat and hills although I'm fairly confident I could go sub 70 mins on a nice flat course in the middle of winter ;-)
Currently re-hydrating with lager :-)

Aimed to come in just under the hour, ran sensibly without ever pushing to hard but raised the pace from 7 mile mark. Good run.
