keef went off too fast ,it showed inthe last 2km,did'nt likethe new course,the 2 laps were shit,better off with previous course/route Hamilton Harriers 24:23 28:30 27:21 49.48
Lindz Thought that the new course might have been a bit easier than previous years but don't think that it was really. Lots of shorter hills instead of the big long one was just as hard. Two loops worked well for the spectators, lots of my dad telling me to speed up! Hamilton Harriers, jogscotland Stonehouse 21:29 24:00 22:55 64.30
