Hi ,

To find a list of the SAP virtual races, click on Race, then Race Finder. Type SAP into the Event Name box, and for the location make sure ”Any Distance” shows in the drop-down box. Click on Find for a list of races. You can then click on each race you wish to do, and click on “Add to my portfolio” on the race listing. there is one every month so you can add them all in if you like. Then you have a bit of choice over when and how you do it, you can do it on the day listed or within a week. You can just run a mile if you like and time yourself, or run a few miles and pick your best time from them. Being the slow and proud club the winner is actually the slowest! These races are brilliant - no entry fees, no pressure to perform and best of all no queues for the loos! When you have done and timed your mile, update your portfolio and as the results come in over a few days check back and see how everyone did!
