Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

49 seconds off my pb, happy with that :-)
Dragons Eye
Only been doing treadmill work up to now. 2, 3 & 4 mile runs at 10min/m and 1% gradient

26:52 - Astounded!! Lovely crisp morning, a big thank you to the organisers, will volunteer for a marshall job in a couple of weeks.
First official CBTT, decent turnout - 56 people, matched my 3 mile best. Impressive results service parkrun.com
Great weather if a bit nippy. Not sure how many runners there were but a wet finger in the air estimate is > 50. It will be interesting to see how this changes. As far as I could tell there seemed to be no problems arising from the fact that the course wasn't closed to non-runners. This is a good thing; increases the sense of communal ownership of the park. Not a bad time but must learn to run at a more even pace ...
Had a long standing PB at 5K, purely just to not usually running these distances. Would have ben happy with any PB, but I easily beat the sub-20 min barrier at last, so well happy with a 32 sec PB. :-)

Next time maybe sub 19:30 lol. ;-)
Great morning and great event, another pb even after a 12 hour night shift, really pleased. Big thank you to the organisers. See you soon.
