This event is listed on these dates:

:o) knocked about 14 minutes off the PB! And got to meet some lovely fetchies :o)
Thought I'd do this seeing as its only down the road from me. Hope to get in the low 50's (possibly 50:30)
Hopeful of breaking the 50 min barrier. Just need to go thru halfway not too fast, hopefully bout 25.45 ish and then pick it up on the second lap.

UPDATE : Training going fantastic, I will be getting a PB for sure, and very very hopeful of Sub 50 mins.

Get your betting boots on !!!!!!!
Not done this before but hoping to improve on my Bolsover 10K time in December last year.

Hillier than I thought it would be (my first time) so went off too quick at the start but still a PB!

Great atmosphere and support though most of the way around the course as well.
stuart little
Windy and a little hilly, so chuffed with a new PB - congrats to all who bet on me!
Not Greased Lightning (M.)
Latest attempt at a sub 43. Crashed and burned 4 months ago. Lets try again. (I want to get as close to 42 as I can but thats a secret)

A new pb, met some fetchies, had a couple of pints afterwards, need to find a flat 10k for the sub 43.
Felt good throughout, the kilometre markers seemed a little random but managed a -ve split. Bit disappointed with the time and the scenery didn't really float my boat.
The Mighty D
First 10K race so wasn't sure how things would pan out. I think i set off a little too fast and the second lap nearly killed me! Overall though very pleased with the time. Next year i want to get as close to 50minutes (or lower) as possible. Weather was great for time of year.
not raceing getting wife round
T Bow
first 10k run and boy i wasn't as ready as i thought i might have been!
