I am a GP , back in 2007 was telling my patients to be more active but realised I wasnt ! So got into running and have now become a total running bore . Enjoying Conquercise encouraging me to run in obscure places Just completed the Highland Fling 53 mile Ultra . Managed to knock 7 mins of my marathon PB to 3.37 in Manchester . Is 3.30 possible??
