PentlandPounder started off so well, despite steroid injection to knee on thurday. as it turned out, knee was fine, but right hip problems from mile 11 really slowed me down, and last mile was murder. Och well, a good morning for a nice wee run

keyring Only my 2nd ever DNF. Felt flu like and tight chest so hopped on a 44 at the canal to London Rd and even then only just managed to beat Lorna to the finish. Still, managed my 10 and a bit k in 45 mins - wind and hill assisted tho !
