About Me
My target is to break 45 minutes for 10K. I am guessing that is a pretty common target. I have "only" been trying for about 10 years, and of course with the passing years one is slowing up. So I suppose I should be pessimistic. But it still seems possible.

I am a convert to bootcamps and other cross training. That is probably how I think I will reach the target.

Might do some parkrun 5Ks.

Did my first marathon in 2013. It felt like a genuine achievement: I really never believed I could do the 26 miles. I don't have any plans to do another.
