Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker. I understand. No-one likes ads.

But our site costs money to operate, and I need to eat.

Please consider enabling ads for our website, or making a voluntary donation. If you donate, I can turn off the ads for you for a period of time. Average donations are about £3.50 per month, so a tenner would give you three months ad free.

Here's a link to our donation info.

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

What's your favourite thing about Fetcheveryone?
Consistently lovely. Leave it for a while and it still bumbles on, meeting random strangers and being cheered on. Buying random kit and feeling part of something from afar.

How do you pick yourself up when you need to?
I don't as it goes. After the latest blip I have some friends and loved ones that spot the signs and will have a word. This then jolts me back it line.

What’s the best bit of advice that you would give to new runners, bikers and swimmers?
The countryside is fantastic in all seasons, get out there and run it at what ever pace suits you. Race only youself and if its not fun stop.

About Me

Just a Fetchie. Run for fun, got competitive then crashed and burned in 2014-2015 as didn't know when to quit. In a truly better headspace now and have l now lost some weight and getting quicker again. Two marathon attempts at VLM in 16/17 let to six months off with an achielles injury. 2018 will be returning to runnning (fingers crossed). Previous fetch incarnations HuwH and FurryHamster. tux

Blogs reflect when I am having issues so can be quite negative but this helps me through the meh. Generally I'm quite a friendly fetchie when I'm not scared about meeting you,
