Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.
You can still access the old version of this page. I will shortly post a blog to explain some of the changes - but you can send me feedback to report problems.

Session aim: Simply to row 2km and hold the rate with no back issues
Achievements: 5km rowed. Rate held. No back issues. Pace was fine. HR was a little more elevated that I'd have liked.
