Lovely race, run with the lovely Monkey75
Vague original plan was to run the first 5k at 8.03 then crank it up a bit and run a negative split.
Bearing in mind that the antibiotics are having a somewhat dodgy affect on me (let's be nice and call it tummy troubles) I was just going to see how I felt, thought about not running at all but was spurred on by having someone to run with so a 9 second PB is fine by me.
And I know I can go faster.
