Fell over a tree root and came a cropper when i was just short of a mile. Leggings survived and so did i but i had to wash the dirt from my hands and the side of my head in the garden centre toilet and im going to get some wicked bruises. i think right knee took brunt, then palms and then finally side of head. Couldve been much worse
Walked where i was intending to run before knee stiffened up, then ran a bit, then walked home
