Eye 10k ,not sure how it would go after recent injury niggles so really pleased with run.started near back so first mile slower ,also stopped in first mile to help fallen lady to her feet,think slower first mile helped with steady pace as normally go off to fast,even speeded up in last mile .pleased with time 28 sec's outside pb.good turnout by werrington 1,2,3 and lot's of win's ,excellent organization ,results up really quick ,good day

Stopping to help someone up doesn't seem to have slowed you down much, you even managed to hang around and run with Jo-Annis and myself for a while between 3 and 4 miles before zooming off into the dust!
