Blood! 152 Hb, and quite quick (forgot to ask time). I was early but then a wee wait as it was busy. All good. Tunnock's tea cake for after. Nice chat to donor carer lady who had retrained to do venipuncture, just cos "all the young ones were doing it"! Very smooth puncture, barely felt it. Finger prick always hurts more! That was number 53, I think. G
