Lovely run from the office along the canals and back. Saw a little mandarin duck, I believe the first time I’ve seen one & def first time in the wild. So pretty.

Fabulous run i went out to do 4 could have stayed out the weather was perfect.

Instead of pausing watch when I bumped into a colleague I reset the lap so it wasn’t that slow I was chatting for a little while 🙃
