Steady-brisk paced walk from home, down Llwyn Road, along the main road to the Chinese take-away, then along the trail, andd up the mountain to just below the Win Turbines, then along past Gelli Farm for a short distance, then return home along same route, then up Abernant Road; found it a little tough going, but felt OK.
