That worked out. Don't know why I decided to go to Meedies. Because we were talking about canoeing? Thought I'd just go there and back, but only 4 miles to get there, which was a bit shorter than I remembered. Also an easier way to get there, as I just crossed road and field at bottom of housing and all off road. So when I got to last field before loch was tip toeing trying not to disturb geese, went round edge. Picked up litter glass bottle and metal can. Not good for the cows in that field. Had to go as far as bin so just decided to do whole loch, another 3 miles. So made it 11 ish. Beautiful day, great route, lots of smiley people, families walking, cycling, swimming, paddle boards, kayaks etc. Great. Then a walk with Mum in the afternoon at Glenrothes riverside park, lovely too, but unfortunately she had a tumble. Just getting unsteady on her pins with age. She was fine, but bit of a worry. Nice weekend overall.
