Icy outside. Hoped it would defrost while I was in the garage. Nope.
Curls: 10/10/10@9kg each side.
3 x 70 basic crunches between sets.
3 C&P with 10 rows between them, continuous, with 18kg. Abandoned, neither elegant nor effective.
C&P 8/10/10@17kg.
3 x (2x30) U&D holding 4kg dumbbells between sets.
Wide presses: 8/8/8@30kg, back-off sets of 10@27kg and 10@23kg.
3 x (2x15) lunges holding 4kg dumbbells between sets.
Rows: 20/20/20@28kg. Eyes watering by last few reps of the second and third sets.
3 x (2x25) side bends with 10kg dumbbell between sets.
Going for the deadlift PB next session.

The press weights are impressive! 27kgs is the maximum I can manage.
