Easy-steady-brisk paced run - same route as Saturday (main rd. to Lwr. Br'man, along cycleway nearly to carpark, then return); at first a little trouble with outer left thigh (Sp. Stenosis prob.), but it eased with a little massaging; otherwise felt fine, and able to go quite hard on the uphill return.

A good long run and a lot of calories burned, - if you care.
I'm on the skinny side of normal, though not underweight, so it's not a big cosideration. I think I need to run about 30 miles to burn off 1lb (with no extra eating).
But how much of that is fluid lost by sweating?
The 30 miles is based on what I read of the number of calories equivalent to 1lb of weight loss, and how that translates to my own running.
Ah - that makes sense
