Time to start going out first thing - that was warmer than I was expecting!

Been ignoring TAO's nagging but today the email said 30 mins economy, so that was OK ;)
random run-walk for miles 1 and 3. In mile 2 the only walk break was to navigate the irrigator obstacle course.
