Ran to how I felt, felt good at the halfway point and decided to try for a negative split. 8:22 dropped to 8:17 and then increased again to 8:23
Legs were so heavy at 14 & 16 mile hills and as we entered Stamford again too. I REALLY wanted to walk the last bit but didn't although the movement was little better than walking, lol.
