I'm pleased with my time today, i wasn't a few hours ago. Struggled with my asthma at 2.5 miles, and had an ache in my back, i think this was because i was holding myself awkwardly as i was concentrating on breathing. I walked for a few minutes until Sandra, Jon and Mrs Features caught me up and i started again with them, and they kept me going!
During the last mile i was really annoyed with myself, and i don't think it helped that a lady was running breathing very loudly next to me, which i found frustrating as that was what i was struggling to do, at one point she asked me how far was the race, i'm surprised i answered her lol, when we came up to the crowds she ran off which pleased me.
I did just under a minute slower than last year on this course, so on reflection not bad considering
