Swanny Excellent time for Yateley 10k. Little trg done, i think this no smoking lark is starting to kick in. I think i can take a good 3 minutes off this time with the right trg! Waveydavey Reasonably pleased with my time. Race conditions were good and I started out fast doing the first 5K in 20.5, but I couldn't keep it up. Some guy took pity on me and pulled me along the last couple of Ks. Fastest 10K for a couple of years. Reading Roadrunners 40:49 42:22 42:30 42:22 64.21
