SPKoF Ouch. New PB but those downhills are SO step. you are left with nothing in your thighs after those descents - the last mile was agony. That's my 3rd pb in 7 days. time for a rest. Vickyy Really chuffed with my time. It was raining most of the way round but the scenary made the running worth while. It was well organised, and I gave it everything I had.
