Boycie This one all depends on the weather - if it's anything like last time, no PB on the cards, but if the wind dies down for long enough, I should be able to knock more time off as this course is pancake flat!!! UPDATE: No PB I'm afraid, the wind didn't help, but that's an excuse. Just didn't have much more, but still managed 12th in my 2nd fastest time - I reckon Sunday's 5m will see me duck a bit lower!
