Smudger 3 The slower lioness I going to try hard toimprove on my time for this one. The shinsplints seem better at the moment so iam mixing trainning runs and cycling at the moment. A big improvement on what i could do before . Iam looking forward to the race.Sue.I got a pb with this time I didnt expect todo this time as I set my last pb before I was injured with shinsplints.I really enjoyed this race and will be back next year.bacon roll at end went down well.
