Alex Patton Updated with chip time - 75/409 - A good race and a massive new PB but a little dissapointed not to have a sub-30 5-miler under my belt - I'm just not in quite good enough shape yet. The crowded start and wind probably cost me a few seconds but it wouldn't have got me close enough. Nonetheless, there's a good atmosphere at this race, its very flat, and the rucksac was a great idea as a momento, so I'll be back again next year. Splits were 6.01 6.03 6.07 6.10 6.01
