jazz Hope its not windy as last 2 races over the last 2 weekends have been in poor weather. Pleased with time as didnt think was going particularly well at the minute and only 11 secs off my pb. Keep thinking could i have gone abit faster?

blacknail chris Very wet indeed. But GREAT. Got into stride early and kept it, with a negative split I think (too busy to take split times). I love the bit where you exit the moor and go ont the path for the downhill. Ran with 3 clubmates and kept them all behind me, though all but one PB'd. Good team effort and plenty of North Shields Poly vests in sight. Coach Phill cheered us on and kept our keys. Fantastic.
