EyeSpy21 Nearly missed the start 'cos I forgot to bring my entry fee and had to go back home! So barely time to warm-up = tight lower legs from about 100m and a lot of foot-slapping. But still got to the end, taking over two mins off my previous best for this course. Can't say I enjoyed that one though and what a poor attempt at a sprint finish!
