Gobi First run for Aldershot &D and first relays. Objective was not to be last in my team and look like a pleb. Arrived to be told it was a tough hilly course and laughed. Obviously only hilly if you are a track runner. The course had 1 long drag and a small sharp slope you ran up twice. I predicted 35 min 10km pace as I feel I am running about there right now. Ran quite even splits for each lap and finished strong.
