BenDy Ran from home (5.5 miles) as a warm up, fell flat on my face @ 2k badly twisting my ankle & generally smashing myself up, lipped on to finish & then gentle jog home. Bishops Stortford RC 44:47 47:29 49:28 53.55
crispy Nice little race, like a lot of the village school races in the area. I started off near the front then got passed by far too many, ate too much for breakfast I think plus my lack of training miles is starting to take its toll. Looking forward to Stebbing 10 now. Vicksta Not a very good run for me, but at least I did better than at Saffron Walden last week! Enjoyed the race, rather windy, and quite undulating. Ran there (2M), then raced, then had sausage butty, tea and cake, then ran home again! Nice morning out! Harlow RC 44:17 45:33 47:58 62.85
