Duncs Quite pleased with this. Didn't feel too good to start with but forced myself to stay slow on the first two laps (6 in total). Felt great on the 4th adn 5th laps and finished feeling good and ready for more. 100 Marathon Club, Highland Hill Runners 1:31:19 1:45:54 1:50:00 1:49:10 53.58
Twisted Blister Flat race, cheerfully disorganised, and was not accurately measured but at 6 laps of 2 and a quarter miles, plus an extra 200 yards or so to finish was well overr 13 and a half miles so probably got a PB but will never know!t Plumstead Runners 1:37:27 1:37:27 1:37:00 1:40:59 63.24
