abdou Loved that - mud, drizzle and first sub-40! Caught by surprise at the start so couldn't go off like a muppet and it worked a treat. Decided on a whim not to look at my watch all the way round and just go with what felt right, with the magical result that I wasn't wasted by halfway. Although if I'd run 40.01 I'd have been bloody kicking myself. Hillsborough & Rivelin RC 37:04 39:43 41:00 39:43 66.47

DIY Diva feeling on-form, lost a bit of weight somehow?? and left shin splints not getting any worse.....so you never know

GREAT - time is from Garmin for the moment
Dysart Dash - best race I've done. Tried all the way and managed to keep the effort (88%) going at a point where not burning myself out (175 avg HR against 186 max). Really great to see other Fetchies too plus James from BPTT. Ranelagh Harriers, Vets AC 45:57 49:25 50:00 49:25 63.31

Kirsty Not a pb but I beat my brother - it's the small victories that count! I really enjoyed the rain and mud - my kind of summer race. Chocolate at the finish - very good :o)

RG Postie (RGP) Ran with Puffing Bertie as usual, good to have met Fetchies at the start and finish, and coffee with Boo and The Boy afterwards,I do like these multi lap 10ks,not a bad medal at the end either. Reading Roadrunners 45:48 53:49 55:00 54:44 48.87

surreystriderâ„¢ Did slightly better than I hoped. Due in the main to PB and RGP pacing me for the first few kilometres and BooBoo for the rest (although none of them knew it). Good to meet some new Fetchies today. Only down side is that I've tweaked my groin again so it looks like my next run of any kind will be Elmbridge in 3 weeks. Unaffiliated 44:42 53:13 55:00 53:13 50.51
