Crash Hamster The Croc 8 is a fabulous race with a terrific atmosphere...it's muddy, it's hilly and it's unmissable... ...so I had to do it, even though it was on the same day as the Gunpowder Plot 10k. The plan was to jog it, and I did! HR ave 143 max 171; that would be one of the hills then :o)

Iron Squishy Fab race, always love this one! Hills a bit of a killer after the 10K this morning - whose idea was it to do a double?? Jogged around with Sian, nice sociable run, great atmosphere with a band, drummers etc. on the course. Chocolate bars at the finish!
