Flat Out Fi First time I have done this race - went with Henry to do it. Felt pretty lousey before I started (got a cold) but did ok considering! Its quite a tough course and quite hilly up until the 6 mile marker. Plus you do the same route as the people doing the Marathon and can be hard to motivate yourself when some of them were walking by their second circuit! Weather was lovely and sunny and nice to do a different race! I was pleased with my result of 2nd lady overall and got a v nice engraved plate! My time was 1 hour 32 something - not bad considering I felt lousey! Got the shivers quite badly on the way home tho! Henry had to blast the heaters up to 22 degrees!!
