About The Club

This is a small but really friendly club meeting at Croygas on Mollison Drive, Wallington on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Meet at 6.30 ready to go out at 6.45, Tuesday intervals, Thursday longish usually. Beginner's 8 week courses with sessions run on Wednesday evenings at 7.00pm twice a year. There is also a weekend run starting around 8.30am on Sunday mornings! The club house has parking and changing rooms. Most importantly though it has a BAR for those post training beer sessions. :-)

We start at the club and then do specific workouts, depending on the month's schedule! Short reps approx 200m, medium reps 1/2 mile, mile reps and hills reps - one per week. Leave club on warmup to reps location @ 6.45pm.
April - May and September - October = 8 week beginner course for people wanting to start running from scratch.
We also have regular coached track session for a £1 contribution. For more details please see website.
Tonight is generally a longish run starting at 6.45 from the club house. General group run in informal paced groups or as one big social run. And every 3 months we compete in a 5 mile recurring handicap on a Thursday evening.
Local parkrun 5km - either Roundshaw Downs or Banstead Woods.
Anyone looking for long runs meet at the local park at 8.30. Distances vary, but are usually in excess of 8 miles.
