ugly bit of a guess,never done it before so don't know course....UPDATE;Went off first and just went off too fast,1st mile in 5.25,struggled home from there.Still ended up sub 6min miling(i think)so not too displeased and almost reached 80% in WAVA! new eltham joggers 15:19 15:19 15:00 15:19 78.53
