Nephi Provisional time, awaiting results Two lap course on rolling Cheshire lanes, very freindly village race with a cabbage as part of the goody bag :) Went through 5k only 2 seconds outside current PB. Struggled in KM's 8&9. But still managed to keep up the pace for a PB:) Garmin Time 41:39 Gun Time 41:40 Position 10/196 M Vet 7/64

Bodge Hoping that this is my seasons best 10k well that was the plan until i again injured my left calf muscle two weeks back so training has been hampered. Antrobis Cabbage Canter. A very flat race 2 laps with a slight incline between 3/4 8/9 km with a very nice down hill last km. Pleased with my run a seasons best me thinks i could have pushed it a little more lost concentration a couple of time and could have gone under 57mins me thinks not to worry a very good race and no pressure only one from my club.
