ITG 🇮🇸: I woke up yesterday morning with an itchy foot, ten minutes, it started on the right foot. The rashes are symetrical: starting at the inside ankle, over the top of the foot and down to the toes. -

No new soaps, washing powders or creams, socks or shoes; no shoes without socks; no weird foods; and I'm not allergic to much. -

ITG 🇮🇸: same as ever D2 I've taken an Atarax which should hopefully knock it on the head. I don't take it during the day because it knocks me sideways. -
