Dont forget we have chocolate trophies, medals (if they arrive!), water station at the end of the mile, personalised running numbers, social before and after, being run in two counties and two countries and on two days!! Wow - that will take some beating

the relay teams will be based on the mile times. Format is: Mile 1 Mile 2 Mile 3 Mile 4 Kids 100 Backwards 100 Kids 400 Relay This gives us time to work out the relay while the kids are running

Evening all. Just popping in briefly as i'm meant to be having a weekend away from t'internet. Plus it's slow on phone. Have had a lovely day and a nice swim but starting to get scared about hellrunner...
