well its rain all week on and off over here in morecambe and can believe the weather in the lakes is terrible as only about 20 miles away

I think it's quite impressive to do a sub 25 5k and then a 4:10 marathon 3 hours away within the space of a couple of house...

That actually just evens it up for the marathon I ran without getting an official time. At NY if you're a guide runner you have the same number as the person you're guide running and you have one chip between you, in their name. Which means you can't look me up and see just how slowly I ran it...
