tea is when you eat at about 6pm as soon as you walk through the door. Had to book 40th party for same weekend as Edinburgh Marathon
SOD Miss says you have to go to shop before sandwiches all sold

Nice food again later, I've got some cheese left so it will be an aubergine, goats cheese, rocket, tomato and parmesan bake
And while it's in the oven I might go for a little run. I will put my trainers on and walk out of the door and see how it feels before I decide whether to turn round and go back inside or test it out a bit.

Just had a banana sandwhich as a post run snack. Breakfast was about 14:00 when I wike up. Dinner will be at 20:00 before work and tea will be around 02:00:)
