Wireframe tools

I need to show a mock up of a wireframe and currently only have powerpoint or visio as tools that I could make it in. Are there any wireframe tools out there that anyone can recommend that I might be able to convince the company I work for to invest in?

It stopped sponsors from assuming that the mock up was just a stones throw away from being the fully functional, integrated, resilient solution that could be used in production next week!
