I think the 400m was going to be called the Thomas Aquinas Hurtbox. I cannot remember why, sorry.

Also, he was a bugger for grinding out 65 second 400m repeats with 90 seconds recovery.

Sorry that Sandy is too far away for some people. Perhaps we can come back to this thread in the autumn when we have our Bury St Edmunds mile. .
