Decided to follow this runner who looked like he knew where he was going.....mmm wont be doing that again lol....run ended with 2 mile (approx) up a bloody hill!!!! Got to top and just about collasped. Have to admit that it was not contunuous but god what a run and no will not be going that route in future.
