Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

People who cant read or ignore "Caution Hedge Cutting In Progress. Keep well clear of the tractor" signs and then act surprised when they showered with hedge mulchings from the flail.

Listen - these things are Bl@@dy dangerous. There's a good reason why the driver is wearing goggles, hard hat, ear defenders etc etc. Show a bit of patience and wait until she's seen you and switched the flail off....

Yesterday, BBC breakfast asking Theresa May, who let us remember nobody but nobody has voted for as PM being asked about her shoes and a recipe for Scones.

Utterly disgraceful.

Seriously WS? The BBC asked our Prime Minister about shoes? And scones?

FFS. I despair, I really do.

He only approves if they're slathered is strawberry jam as a representation of the country turning to hard-core socialism.

If red jam is not applied, he believes they are a disgraceful representation of the appalling bourgeoisie habits of high-tea, having nice things and indulgence. Scones should be therefore piled against a statue of Queen Victoria and a flock of pigeons let lose on them.
