The smokers and vapers who are too cool to go to the designated smoking area well away from the main building and who instead hang around outside our side building. There's a reason you're all banished miles away.

Personally I'd make a law that says cigarettes/tobacco products have to include a chemical that turns the user bright green. As opposed to making everyone else turn green when they exhale their disgusting smog. Then they'd stand out a mile and the embarrassment would make most of them quit.
