I love my health centre and the staff there. They have sensible rules for triage and making appointments. I wish they were all like that.

There were 3 young women (who I was queued behind), who each proceeded to order and pay for their food and drinks individually! Then one wanted to pay by card - her bill was only about £6, there's a cash machine in the bar - aaaaargh!

Or, she could have paid for all 3 meals on her card and taken the cash off her friends in return, then there would be no extra cost and she'd have some pennies in her purse for next time
